Today was just one of those days.  Meetings throughout the day but none of them seemed to go smoothly nor with the best outcome.  Then you spend lots of time with a vendor to find out that the price is too high for things that might not even work.  After that you find out your car doesnt start.  Jump it and drive in traffic for almost an hour because it's crazy halloween.  Post dinner, the cell phone battery is dying and the car wont start again even after jumping.  And because of the crazy halloween, you have to call 10 towing places from ABC stores b/c they have a phone book to finally find a tow truck, but it takes almost 1 hour for the tow truck to come - b/c it's halloween and the freaks come out at night.  So I am finally home and exhausted.  Hopefully the car can go into the shop tomorrow and somehow be fixed by the time I come back to Hawaii - Tuesday.  shucks.

and to top it off, i check opening day of nba (by that i mean fantasy basketball), and i miss the career game of one of my players.  I think I am going to read my Bible

played a round of golf today and actually kept real score for the whole game.  A bit disappointed on some holes but still pretty happy with my overall play.  Managed to get 7 bogies and 1 birdie -  my first ever birdie!!

Sadly I had 2 double pars which killed my score.  Out-of-bounds suck.  But this is my first step to better golf!

i decided to spend two hours of my day today watching a movie at the $1 theater.  it was definitely one dollar well spent.  I cant remember the last time I wanted to buy a soundtrack from a movie, but for some reason I want to buy the Cars soundtrack.  It is mostly country inspired music from what I remember yet that did not turn me away.  And I kept thinking that I want to drive through that area but I am sure the town this movie is based on will be nothing like what they depict in the movie so guess i will stick to buying the movie and soundtrack.

ooh yeah.. so i bought this suit last week saturday because i needed one out here in hawaii.  but me being my cheap self didnt like the fact that i had to pay full price.  well, today i went to macys to exchange some stuff and buy some pants.  lo and behold, the suit i bought is on sale - 30% off!  woo hoo!  what a windfall!

and i got my hawaii golf id card today.  cheap green fees here i come!
